Event management & production

When this service helps

Where this service comes in.

Conferences, demo days, launches, ceremonies, staff gatherings. We take it from the first conversation about what the day is for, through design and build, to the crew who strike the set at 2am.

How it works with us

One plan, from the venue search to the load-out.

Most of our events start with the same kind of call: a date, a rough guest list, a venue that may or may not be booked yet. From there we write the plan. The room is drawn in 3D, the stage and screens are placed, registration and hosts are worked out, the running order goes minute by minute, and the budget is costed line by line so you can check every item.

On the day, the people who planned it are the ones running it. At Cairo Demo Day in the Grand Egyptian Museum, the team that drew the yellow gate was standing in the hall when fifteen startups took the stage. At Breadfast, more than 700 people came in through one entrance and every one of them left with a bag.

We work across Egypt, from hotel ballrooms in New Cairo to an open seafront at Galala, and in Saudi Arabia and the UAE through partners we have worked with for years.

On the day

A few rooms from recent years, photographed on the day. We planned and ran every one of them.

Questions clients ask

Before you get in touch.

Can you take the whole event, or only part of it?
Both. Some clients hand us everything, from the venue search to the closing film. Others need the stage and screens, or the build, for an event they are running themselves. The budget is itemised either way, so you can see what each part costs.
How early should we get in touch?
As soon as you have a date. Changes are easiest before anything is booked or built. When time is short we can still move quickly: the Forasna bazaar for GIZ Egypt went from brief to opening in ten days, with more than 70 exhibitors.
Do you work outside Cairo?
Yes. We have built events on the Galala seafront, filmed programmes in Damanhour and Alexandria, and photographed a summer activation on the North Coast. Work in Saudi Arabia and the UAE runs through local partners, and your account stays with the same team in Cairo.
Who will we deal with?
One person from Panda, from the first meeting to the handover. They are on site on the day, from the first truck in to the last one out.
Is Panda MEA an event management company?
Yes. Panda MEA plans and runs conferences, demo days, product launches, exhibitions and staff gatherings across Egypt, and has since 2017. The stage, sound, lighting, LED screens and filming are planned by the same team, so you deal with one company from the brief to the last guest.
