Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Panda MEA, an events, media and marketing company in Egypt. In this policy, “we” means Panda MEA.

What we collect

When you send us a brief through the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, project type and the details of your project, plus your phone number if you choose to give it.

With each brief we also keep the page you sent it from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep the hash, never the address itself, and use it only to stop the form being abused.

To learn which pages are most useful, the site counts the pages that are opened, how far each one is read, and which contact links are pressed. These counts are kept in our own database, without your name or IP address. When you send us a brief, we can see the pages of this site you visited before sending it.

We use no advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If you accept the cookie notice, the site also remembers your device between visits and turns on Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can make them clearer. Clarity hides what you type into forms. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to read your brief, reply to you, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Briefs are stored in our own system and emailed to our team at our company address.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Panda MEA except the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, and Microsoft Clarity if you accept cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a normal record of our business. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Page-visit counts are deleted after 13 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply.
