Sound, lighting & LED screens

The part of the day everyone sees and hears.

Light beams over the lakeside stage and gala tables at Nexicure Oscar Night.

When this service helps

Where this service comes in.

Technical production for conferences, launches, gala nights and outdoor events. LED screens and stages, sound for a ballroom or an open lawn, lighting that works for the room and for the cameras, and a crew running it from setup to the last speaker.

How it works with us

Planned with the room in front of us.

A ballroom, a museum hall and a seafront each ask something different of the same equipment. We plan the technical side with the venue in mind: where the screens sit so the back rows can read them, where the speakers go so a panel can hear itself, and how the light falls on faces for the guests and for the camera.

At Galala we built an LED stage in the open air for Suzuki’s launch of three new cars, with the sea behind it, and it had to look as good at noon as after dark. At Le Méridien Cairo Airport, LED screens, sound and light carried the AccurioPress launch from the welcome to the honours at the end. Under the glass roof of the Grand Egyptian Museum, we ran the screens, sound and lighting for Flat6Labs' Cairo Demo Day.

The same team designs the stage and the set, so the screens and the trusses are part of the drawing from the first sketch.

Screens, sound and light

A ballroom launch, an open-air stage at Galala, a garden by the lake and a hall inside the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Questions clients ask

Before you get in touch.

Can you handle the technical side for an event someone else is organising?
Yes. Sometimes we run the whole event, and sometimes we come in for the stage, screens, sound and light only. Either way you get one technical lead on site and an itemised budget.
Do you work outdoors?
Yes. Suzuki’s new car launch was built on the open seafront at Galala, and the GGJAP closing ceremony ran on a garden stage with screens, from daylight until well after dark.
Will the event look good on camera?
That is part of the plan. When we film the event as well, the camera crew sits in the technical meetings, so the light works for the cameras as much as for the room.
How big a crowd have you handled?
Our biggest so far was more than 2,000 people in one room.
Do you rent LED screens, sound and lighting for events?
Yes, together with the crew who set them up and run them: LED screens and video walls, sound for halls and open-air stages, and lighting for the stage and the cameras. The budget is itemised, so you can see what each part costs.
Can you design the stage around the screens?
Yes. The same team designs the stage and the set, so the screens, the trusses and the lights are in the drawing from the first sketch, and you see them in 3D before anything is built.
