What we take on.

The venue search, the room drawn in 3D, registration and hosts, the stage, screens, sound and lighting, a running order written minute by minute, and photo and video coverage. You can hand us all of it or only the parts you need. In either case, each part of the plan is costed in writing.

Rooms full of delegations, speakers and guests.

For GIT-Zone International’s Africa Investment Day, one room held several delegations at once, so the protocol details had to be right: the wall of African flags, the order of speakers, the panel and the table where an agreement was signed on the day.

Dubai Chamber brought its Africa FAST 100 programme to Cairo without flying a team in. We were their team on the ground, from the venue and the branding to registration, the stage and the screens, agreed with them in advance and run on the day as agreed.

For the Egyptian Dental Syndicate, EDSIC 2026 ran for four days of lectures, workshops and an exhibition floor, and we covered all four in photo and film. The largest room we have worked in so far held more than 2,000 people.

Questions clients ask

Before you get in touch.

Can you handle registration and guests on the day?
Yes. Registration, hosting and the running order are written into the plan before the day, and the people who planned them manage them on site. At Breadfast, more than 700 people came in through one entrance.
Can you run a conference for a client based abroad?
Yes. Dubai Chamber ran Africa FAST 100 in Cairo with us as their team on the ground, with the plan agreed remotely and ahead of time. Projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE are delivered with local partners.
Can you film and photograph the conference too?
Yes. At EDSIC 2026 we covered four days of lectures, workshops and the exhibition, with reels during the conference and an opening and a closing film.
