Demo days and startup events
This was the third edition of EX3 Demo Day we produced for ESLSCA University, after 2022 and 2023.
For early founders, a demo day is often the first time they stand in front of investors. The day had to look like it took them seriously.
The open courtyard had to become a showcase with a clear run of show, where every team got the same light, the same sound and the same few minutes.
Drawn, then built
The podiums as renders. The same podiums lined up in the morning sun on the blue carpet. A winning team holding a 50,000 EGP cheque that evening.
The build
We designed a podium for each startup with its name on it, built the main stage and screen in the courtyard, ran sound and lighting, kept the running order moving, and covered the day through to the winners' round.
