Corporate events and conferences
On 13 March 2023, GIT-Zone International brought ministers, ambassadors, investors and delegations from more than thirty countries to Cairo around investment in Africa, and launched GIT-WAY International on the same day.
A room with several delegations needs every detail to read as neutral and correct: the flags, the order of speakers, the photo moments, the signing table.
The build
We designed the gate, the backdrops and the stage, built them, set up the room, ran the AV, kept the programme moving from keynote to panel to signing, and covered it in photo and video.
On the day
We filmed and photographed the day from the empty hall and the flag wall in the morning, through the speeches and the panel, to the handshake at the signing table in the afternoon.
