Breadfast Employee Gathering
More than 700 employees and guests. Before any of them arrived, there was a welcome desk, a photo booth, a ballroom and a pile of tote bags waiting to be handed out. We planned it, built it, ran it and shot it.

Employee gatherings
Getting the whole company into one room is a big night for a team this size. The room had to feel like theirs: their colours, their words, their welcome.
700-plus people, one entrance. Everyone registered, everyone leaving with a bag, and the evening moving the whole time.
The build
We designed and built the welcome area, the branded entrance, the photo booth and the ballroom set, prepared and handed out the giveaways, ran the stage, and covered the night.
The bags piled up in an empty corridor. The welcome desk with the lights on and nobody at it yet. The Breadfast team crouched together under the "Welcome!" wall.
