The Event

A two-day bazaar at Gezira Sporting Club for GIZ Egypt’s migration programme: more than 70 exhibitors selling straight to club members, with diplomats expected.

Ten days from brief to opening, more than 70 exhibitors to register and set up, and an official visit planned so every stall kept selling.

Drawn, then built

We laid out the garden around the stands, so every exhibitor sat on a path visitors actually walked, and the opening had room to happen while every stall stayed open.

Exhibitions and brand activations

Seventy-plus makers, each with a stand that shows the work: baskets, textiles, pottery and jewellery, laid out to be picked up and bought.

The build

Ten days covered registering every exhibitor, allocating the stands, setting them up, and getting the opening ready.

Running the day

We ran the floor both days. The official delegation had its own protocol plan, so every stall kept selling through the visit.

On the day

Photo and video across both days, from the ribbon at the opening to the stalls in the afternoon, cut into a short film of who came and what they made.
