GGJAP Demo Day
The Demo Day in Egypt for the Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator (GGJAP): green startups on stage, investors at the tables and a group photo to close. We ran the whole event for Flat6Labs, from setting up the hall and registration to the last frame of the recap film.

Demo days and startup events
Investors meet a whole cohort in one afternoon. Each founder gets a few minutes on stage, then the conversations move to the tables for one-to-one meetings.
We planned the day around that rhythm: pitches first, meetings straight after, and a group photo of the whole cohort to close.
Drawn, then built
We dressed the hall in the programme's colours: the partners' wall at the entrance, the programme banner, the stage with the timeline behind the speakers, and a space for each startup to show its products.
Running the day
On the day our team ran registration and badges, kept the stage on time and brought founders and investors together at the tables.

We photographed and filmed from registration to the final group photo, then edited the recap film for Flat6Labs.
