Where we work
Events in Riyadh
Exhibition stands, conferences and event filming in Riyadh, planned from Cairo and delivered on site with local partners.
What we deliver there
- Event planning and production management
- Stage, booth and set fabrication
- Sound, lighting and LED screens
- Photography, video and the event film
- Branding and marketing around the event
How we plan for the place
For a project in Saudi Arabia, the design, the planning and the production management are done by our team, and the build is delivered with local fabrication and equipment partners. We plan the travel, the visas and the shipping as part of the schedule, and agree the rules of the venue for build and access early.
Questions we are asked
- Do you work on events in Riyadh?
- Yes. Send the date, the venue if it is chosen, and the number of guests, and we reply with a plan and a quotation for Riyadh.
- Who will we deal with?
- With one person from Panda MEA, from the first meeting to the handover. That person is on site on the day, from load-in to load-out.
