How we plan for the place
Outdoor stages by the sea need structures rated for wind, screens bright enough for daylight, and equipment protected from sand and humidity. The summer season fills the venues on the coast and suppliers early, so we confirm the dates, accommodation for the crew and the transport of the equipment well in advance.

- Yes. Send the date, the venue if it is chosen, and the number of guests, and we reply with a plan and a quotation for the North Coast and El Galala.
- Who will we deal with?
- With one person from Panda MEA, from the first meeting to the handover. That person is on site on the day, from load-in to load-out.
