How we plan for the place
The distance from central Cairo changes the plan: crew transport, the time trucks leave, and the hours each venue allows for the build. We agree access and security requirements with the venue early, and plan the day so that the crew, the equipment and the guests arrive in the right order.

- Yes. Send the date, the venue if it is chosen, and the number of guests, and we reply with a plan and a quotation for the New Administrative Capital.
- Who will we deal with?
- With one person from Panda MEA, from the first meeting to the handover. That person is on site on the day, from load-in to load-out.
