How we plan for the place
Most venues in Cairo set fixed hours for load-in and set-up, and traffic decides how long the crew and the trucks take to reach them. We plan the build around the access hours of the venue, schedule deliveries outside the peak, and keep the rehearsal on the same day whenever the venue allows it.

- Who will we deal with?
- With one person from Panda MEA, from the first meeting to the handover. That person is on site on the day, from load-in to load-out.
