How we plan for the place
For a project in the United Arab Emirates, the design, the planning and the production management are done by our team, and the build is delivered with local fabrication and equipment partners. Exhibition centres set their own rules for stand approval, build and breakdown, so we plan the submission and the schedule around them.
Questions we are asked
- Do you work on events in Dubai?
- Yes. Send the date, the venue if it is chosen, and the number of guests, and we reply with a plan and a quotation for Dubai.
- Who will we deal with?
- With one person from Panda MEA, from the first meeting to the handover. That person is on site on the day, from load-in to load-out.
